PLC Training – Mitsubishi GXWorks2 Software
This PLC class will include an FX3S PLC, a programming USB cable, and a single seat license of GXWorks2 for FX.
We will start with basics and quickly advance into more complex topics. Each topic will build on the previous topic, so don’t worry about what you need to know, you will learn everything you need here.
We will teach you what you need to know to confidently program the FX PLC. You will learn about the many methods for programming using GXWorks2 development software, including Simple Ladder, Structured Ladder, and Structured Text. You will learn how to use Labels, Structured Labels, and Function Blocks, and will learn how to create and manage libraries so that you can reuse your code on future projects with ease. We will also go through how to troubleshoot your program, do edits online, and how to use the built-in Simulator so that you may fully test your programs even when you don’t have a PLC handy.
There will be plenty of time to discuss your particular applications and answer questions so we can help you solve your problems as you learn more about the Mitsubishi GXWorks2 development software. If you are using an L Series PLC or a Q Series PLC, everything you learn in this course will be of use to you on your platforms as well. GXWorks2 development software is the common software used for all of Mitsubishi’s current lineup of PLCs.
